“Look Mom, it’s Rudolph and Santa!”
This post is for anyone has every felt like a “Misfit.”
“Rudolph with your nose so bright, won’t you guide my sleigh tonight.”
A friend of our drew these colorful reindeer antlers and red-nose on our Holiday card, and returned it to us. We loved it. I was SO happy because
Rudolph is my childhood hero. And I bet he may be yours, too.
It’s alway magical to me how Life imitates Art. Because today many of us who once considered ourselves misfits
like the beloved red-nosed reindeer,
who parroted Rudolph and Hermey saying:
“Let’s be independent together,”
have now re-written our story.
Today, we see ourselves as Guides in Disguise.
That’ s right G.I.D. =-)
“… with you nose so bright, won’t you guide my sleigh tonight?”
What you haven’t gotten there yet? That’s okay too. It’s all timing. Just relax and look a little deeper.
