both your physical-voice and your message-Voice.

In this website, your “physical-voice” is referring to your throat and how you form and deliver audible sounds.
In this website, your “message-Voice” is referring to your unique story, or work , or gift to the world.
You could say that …
your “message-Voice” is WHAT you have to offer
and
your “physical-voice” is the HOW, the way you share it into the world.
There is flow, intermingling and integration occurring here. It is far from linear or static.
It’s a spiraling and breathing process. It’s all held within the “womb” of Body, Mind and Energy (Spirit.)
When it comes to Energy, there is the yin and yang, the receptive and the active energy. We are activating the Chakras, the Throat (5th) being central to Manifestation.
A healthy, balanced expression of Voice in the world is very much the Integration of the Feminine and Masculine Energy. And that’s the Art of this Voice work. It is the intention sustaining the Empowered Essential You website purpose.

Freedom from exhaustion,
freedom from choking,
freedom from feeling the past,
freedom from being stuck,
freedom from injustice,
freedom from regrets,
freedom for judgement …
