Do you remember when you were little and people asked you, usually adults, asked you :what are you going to be when you grow up?” Kids never asked you this question. Because children mostly live in the present … where they are happy. IN the moment.
As a kid I learned early on to select what to share about my heart. There was some chaos in my home. But then human live on a planet where creativity walks the journey with chaos. Light and dark live here.
As a child, I remember the presence of beings walking with me. Invisible to others keenly aware to me, especially in places like the woods or the ocean. I felt something in my heart, a passion or a pure love. All I knew was I was not alone. No matter what went on in my home, in school, outside…there was a feeling in my heart that opened and washed over me. So I knew everything would be alright.
Of course I was singing day and night, as kids do. Tuning in. The kid in you remembers. The Inner Child holds all the magic that we sometimes forget as young adults or adults.
