I found this today on my walk. This precious offering. Some times all you can do is weep when you see how Life is Loving and Cradling you in every moment.
I bow my head in gratitude for all that I have been given.
I bow my head to my friends and health and abundance and joy and creativity.
I bow head to all that I am.
I bow my head, most of all, to all my mirrors and shadows.The ones I love enough to stay in the mud for and not run.
I embrace the process.
All of it.
